Job Vacancy: Assistant Warden Couple Required

Jasmine Park is an award winning, family owned 5* park in between Scarborough and Pickering in North Yorkshire. We are currently seeking a warden couple to join our team. Applicants must be friendly, pro-active and have high standards of both cleanliness and customer service.

You will be working 3 full working days per week, and be ‘on-call for 5 nights of the week. This will allow 2 full days off.

‘Daytime Duties include:

• Answering phone calls and taking bookings

• Checking customers in

• Serving customers in the shop

• Cleaning toilets

• Grass cutting

• Basic maintenance (checking bins, collecting leaves, gardening)

• Moving and pitching caravans from storage facility

• Delivering gas

‘On-call Duties include (please note that you can stay in your caravan during this time):

• Checking in late arrivals

• Toilet block cleaning (either late night or early morning)

• Walk around the park at 11pm to check for noise. Deal with noise where necessary.

• Possible serving in the shop during busy periods

NO previous warden experience necessary.

Paid weekly by BACS. £156.00 per week per person. You will receive a free super pitch including electric hook up and WIFI.

To assist the resident Manager in the safe and efficient operation of the caravan park.

Role 1 will report directly to the Maintenance Manager.

Role 2 will report directly to the General Manager.

Principal Accountabilities Role 1

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

1.To engage in a range of tasks in connection with the maintenance of the site, including grass cutting, strimming, landscaping and ensuring at all times that the caravan park is attractive and presentable.
2. To help maintain a high standard of touring and holiday home facilities including the some cleaning of facilities.
3.To assist with the operation of gas deliveries.
4. To develop good relationships with our customers.
5. At all times achieving a high standard of customer service
6. Assist with siting and de-siting of Holiday Homes (Training provided)
7.To contribute towards the maintenance of successful team working throughout the staff team at Hill of Oaks Caravan Park.
8. To undertake any other tasks required from time to time which may contribute towards the successful operation of the Company.

1. To assist with the keeping of relevant records, and other documentation in connection with the operation of the site.

3. At all times to work in a safe manner, raising any health & safety concerns immediately with your line manager. Also, to be aware at all times of the health & safety of our customers and any other persons on site.
4. To develop good relationships with our customers.
5. At all times achieving a high standard of customer service.
6. To contribute towards the maintenance of successful team working throughout the staff team at Hill of Oaks Caravan Park.
7. To undertake any other tasks required from time to time which may contribute towards the successful operation of the Company.

General

The successful couple will demonstrate an enthusiastic approach to the job. They will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to manage customer expectations efficiently, be flexible, focused, be effective at time management and organisation. Bank Holiday and weekend working will be required, including unsociable hours. You will be required to be on call at certain times. A condition of employment will be the provision of a Lodge to be used as the residence of the post holder. Job Vacancy: Site wardens

We are looking for an enthusiastic couple to care for our friendly static and touring site on a seasonal basis. The job would include running the site shop, carrying out facility housekeeping, bookings, grass cutting and just generally looking after our lovely static owners and campers.

We would be looking for the job to start asap and would love to talk to anyone interested on the phone number provided or by a visit to the site.

A salary would be negotiated on application and all shop proceeds would be for the wardens.

A site vehicle would be provided which can be used at the wardens disposal.

Wardens would require their own caravan/motorhome, and electric point would be provided.
